All CAD drawings are prepared to custom specifications or to customer specifications where the Design Office staff can directly work on their designated plans. This gives bigger room and better relief for them to concentrate much on their designs than the laborious re-drafting.

Vector Modification such as edge matching with adjacent drawings, quality checking, replacing the missing elements, merging of drawings, incorporating dimensional changes etc.,

Image Editing such as removal of unwanted parts in the maps/drawings, e.g removal of images of furniture from the Plan/Elevation drawing of a building and

Raster Modification such as raster cleaning or removal of unwanted spots and other marks etc on scanned drawings from the old, important drawings and documents which have stood the test of time are also being undertaken by INTEC.

Structural Design & Detailing:

All designs & Detailing are supported with world renowned STADD, TEKLA and AutoCAD softwares.

Architectural Design & Detailing:
